Join us for an hour filled with high intensity exercises designed to strengthen core muscles. Class will also feature floor work, upper body strengthening and toning, and abdominal work as well. Burn calories and build muscle tone with this total body workout! This class is for women only.
Equipment needed: light hand weights, towel, mat and water bottle.
NOTE - This class will be held outdoors at the Philipstown Community Center. If weather does not permit the class to be held outdoors, you will be contacted by the instructor for a zoom link for that day's class.
All participants must practice six feet social distancing. Masks must be worn to and from class and when proper social distancing can not be upheld.
