This yoga class provides light hearted instruction in breathing techniques, alignment and body awareness in a friendly, community atmosphere. This is a beginning level class appropriate for those who are new to yoga, returning to a practice or those with a beginner's mind. Those with injuries or physical limitations will be assisted in finding safe and comfortable adaptations. The emphasis is on Basic Floor poses, along with some standing poses and final relaxation; this is not a power or Vinyasa class. Yoga offers the opportunity to learn to better manage stress, improve concentration, flexibility and balance.

- Class sizes are limited so you can get the most out of each experience.
- This class will be held outdoors. All participants must wear a mask until they are set up at their mat. Mats must be set up at markers that will be preset. Please bring your own mats and any other items necessary for class.
