Join Cecily at the Barre each Tuesday morning, as we look to transform ourselves into lean, strong and healthy beings. Cecily will guide you through a rigorous line-up of yoga, ballet and pilates-inspired exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles), as we combine high reps with small range-of-motion movements.
