Every Wednesday, join us for an hour filled with HIIT (high intensity interval training) exercises designed to target core muscles while burning calories and building muscle tone. Class will also feature floor work, upper body strengthening and toning, and abdominal work as well! This class is for women only.
Equipment needed: light hand weights, towel, mat and water bottle.
