Raise the Barre 2025 Register View Cart

Join Cecily at the Barre each Tuesday morning, as we look to transform ourselves into lean, strong and healthy beings. Cecily will guide you through a rigorous line-up of yoga, ballet and pilates-inspired exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles), as we combine high reps with small range-of-motion movements.

*Equipment Needed: water, towel, mat and light hand weights.
