Express Strength & Sculpt with Use of Weights & Loop/Resistance Bands

Weights. Bands. Mats. It's ALL the equipment you could ask for in one class! We will take advantage of all three for a 45min full-body workout, and think: Less cardio, more strength training. You don't even NEED a loop/resistance band for this crazy workout..BUT...if you've got one? You're gonna feel it! And even though we aren't jumping and running everywhere, we will be digging DEEP into those muscles for some challenging floor work!
*Equipment Needed: Loop/Resistance Band (NOT required), light weights, water, mat, towel. Please note: We will have additional weights and bands on-hand for those who need equipment.
