Zumba + Lift Register View Cart

If you’re looking for a newly-released fun way to get your cardio and strength training in one class Zumba + Lift™ is for you!
The one-hour session alternates dedicated strength training segments with simple Zumba cardio dance for a fun and intense full-body workout. You’ll burn fat, improve stability, joint health and boost your endurance and coordination. We use a combination of body weight, 2-10+lb weights and resistance bands. All of the strength segments can be modified for beginners and progressed for experienced lifters and the dance sections will be simple and accessible - even to those with two left feet!
