He guides students with great care, focusing on postural misalignments, internal dynamics and the powerful health benefits of the practice. When done correctly, Tai Chi is a well-rounded physical regimen that facilitates more comfort, greater mobility and increased strength. The gentle movements improve balance and equilibrium. Its benefits go far beyond a relaxed form of exercise and helps restore overall vitality. After a series of careful Qigong warm-ups, the Beginners’ Class focuses on the first eight postural movements of the popular Yang Family Tai Chi Form. About MarcMarc’s studies began in 1976. Before devoting himself to Tai Chi, he earned two black belts and an advanced diploma in Escrima, a Filipino stick-fighting art. He is a highly regarded instructor.
