Join Cecily at the Barre each Tuesday morning, as we look to transform ourselves into lean, strong and healthy beings. Cecily will guide you through a rigorous line-up of yoga, ballet and pilates-inspired exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles), as we combine high reps with small range-of-motion movements.*Equipment Needed: water, towel, mat and light hand weights.
 
4:00 PM - 5:30 PM    Crafty Hour* - Crafty Hour*
Come and be crafty! Make something beautiful with your own hands. Working with a variety of materials, you will apply new skills and discover just how creative you can be. You'll be so proud of the projects that are completed in this class -- some of which will be very useful at home!

Come with your ideas and, with the teacher's help, and a lot of material choices, make it a reality.  If you don't have a particular idea, we will help you to develop one based on your interests and strengths.
