Express Strength & Sculpt with Use of Weights & Loop/Resistance BandsFridays, 10:00 - 10:45am Location: Performance Studio*This class will be held in person and live streamed via ZOOM. Zoom Link invite to be sent to email list of recipients Thursday eveningsWeights. Bands. Mats. It's ALL the equipment you could ask for in one class! We will take advantage of all three for a 45min full-body workout, and think: Less cardio, more strength training. You don't even NEED a loop/resistance band for this crazy workout..BUT...if you've got one? You're gonna feel it! And even though we aren't jumping and running everywhere, we will be digging DEEP into those muscles for some challenging floor work! *Equipment Needed: Loop/Resistance Band (NOT required), light weights, water, mat, towel.
