9:30 AM - 10:30 AM    Yoga - Tuesdays - Yoga - September
This yoga class provides light hearted instruction in breathing techniques, alignment and body awareness in a friendly, community atmosphere.   This is a beginning level class appropriate for those who are new to yoga, returning to a practice or those with a beginner's mind. Those with injuries or physical limitations will be assisted in finding safe and comfortable adaptations. The emphasis is on Basic Floor poses, along with some standing poses and final relaxation; this is not a power or Vinyasa class. Yoga offers the opportunity to learn to better manage stress, improve concentration, flexibility and balance.

Come all three days or sign up for which ever days you are available.
 
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM    Flag Football - Flag Football K-5
Skills and drills with some friendly competition.  A chance to work on some skills until football can start back up again.  Players will be divided up by grade and ability.
 
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM    Flag Football - Flag Football 6-12
Skills and drills with some friendly competition.  A chance to work on some skills until football can start back up again.  Players will be divided up by grade and ability.

Join us for an hour filled with high intensity exercises designed to strengthen core muscles. Class will also feature floor work, upper body strengthening and toning, and abdominal work as well. Burn calories and build muscle tone with this total body workout! This class is for women only. Equipment needed: light hand weights, towel, mat and water bottle.   NOTE - This class will be held outdoors at the Philipstown Community Center.  If weather does not permit the class to be held outdoors, you will be contacted by the instructor for a zoom link for that day's class. All participants must practice six feet social distancing. Masks must be worn to and from class and when proper social distancing can not be upheld.

At last!  Lauren Hale Biniaris leads a modern dance class for all abilities, no experience required.  Get those Wednesday morning bones to class and we’ll have great fun moving around to great music.

Players are divided into teams to learn to play the game of soccer. The teams will spend the first three weeks working on skills and drills with Coach Travis & their respective coaches.  The final three weeks the teams will play instructional games based on their schedule.
