If you’re looking for a newly-released fun way to get your cardio and strength training in one class Zumba + Lift™ is for you!The one-hour session alternates dedicated strength training segments with simple Zumba cardio dance for a fun and intense full-body workout. You’ll burn fat, improve stability, joint health and boost your endurance and coordination. We use a combination of body weight, 2-10+lb weights and resistance bands. All of the strength segments can be modified for beginners and progressed for experienced lifters and the dance sections will be simple and accessible - even to those with two left feet!

INDOOR SOCCER Tuesdays 4-5:30 pmStart Date:November 18 2025  5 weeks Grades K-5Instructor: Frank Caccetta Location: Community Center gym This course is all about having fun and keeping active.  This is not a clinic to work on skills, just a chance to kick the ball around and just enjoy the game!  Participants should wear sneakers, shin guards and a water bottle.

Every Wednesday, join us for an hour filled with HIIT (high intensity interval training) exercises designed to target core muscles while burning calories and building muscle tone. Class will also feature floor work, upper body strengthening and toning, and abdominal work as well! This class is for women only.Equipment needed: light hand weights, towel, mat and water bottle.   
 
4:00 PM - 5:30 PM    Playground Games* - Playground Games*
Stay active and have fun no matter the weather. Each week we’ll play a variety of playground games with the focus on having fun and making friends.

For residents only! This class focuses on bringing mobility to the joints and strength to the muscles.  We remain seated for the class so it is a great choice for those with movement and balance restrictions.  By incorporating Pilates and a resistance band, participants are able to access their core strength to improve coordination, flexibility and tone.

For residents only! Zumba Gold is the level of Zumba that is for true beginners, active older adults, or anyone that would like to check out Zumba but feels that for whatever reason they would like to ease into it.  The easy routines alternate fast and slow rhythms, which in addition to providing a good cardio workout, tone the muscles, sharpen the mind - and put a smile on your face!

Through her Basic Pilates class, Kelly introduces students to Buff Bones®, a medically-endorsed system of movement for bone and joint health, which leverages bone-strengthening and balance techniques along with Pilates, functional movement, strength training and therapeutic exercise. Toning your arms, hips, back and abs, the program strives to improve posture is safe for those with osteoporosis.

A summertime favorite comes inside for the winter!  If you’ve ever been to summer camp here you know what’s this is about- if not, think arena dodge ball where you can only hit the ball with your hand and you have to get your opponent below the knees.Fridays 4-5:30 pmStart Date: January 9thGrades K-5Instructor: Frank CaccettaLocation: Community Center GymCost: $60 resident/$75 non- resident
