There will be one practice for grades 3-7 on December 13th. Games start on January 3rd.   Grades 1 & 2 will start on January 3rd and have a short practice before their game each week.   If you are interested in coaching a team please call Dennis at 845-424-4618.

This program will delve a little further into the exercises, and intensity will be increased for more advanced individuals. It is recommended participants bring their own yoga mats.

For residents only! The use of light weights and gentle cardiovascular movements are combined to improve overall muscle tone and heart health.  Participants will enjoy fun music while working in a group exercise atmosphere of support in the Rec Center Gym.  Don't have any weights, now worries we can get creative with basic household items.This class will be held in person and live streamed via ZOOM.

Class will also feature floor work, upper body strengthening and toning, and abdominal work as well! This class is for women only.Equipment needed: light hand weights, towel, mat and water bottle.

This class focuses on bringing mobility to the joints and strength to the muscles.  We remain seated for the class so it is a great choice for those with movement and balance restrictions.  By incorporating Pilates and a resistance band, participants are able to access their core strength to improve coordination, flexibility and tone.

Toning your arms, hips, back and abs, the program strives to improve posture is safe for those with osteoporosis.

If you’re looking for a newly-released fun way to get your cardio and strength training in one class Zumba + Lift™ is for you!The one-hour session alternates dedicated strength training segments with simple Zumba cardio dance for a fun and intense full-body workout. You’ll burn fat, improve stability, joint health and boost your endurance and coordination. We use a combination of body weight, 2-10+lb weights and resistance bands. All of the strength segments can be modified for beginners and progressed for experienced lifters and the dance sections will be simple and accessible - even to those with two left feet!
