11:00 AM - 12:00 PM    Fit for Life for Seniors 2025 - Fit for Life - Fall 2025
For residents only! The use of light weights and gentle cardiovascular movements are combined to improve overall muscle tone and heart health.  Participants will enjoy fun music while working in a group exercise atmosphere of support in the Rec Center Gym.  Don't have any weights, now worries we can get creative with basic household items.This class will be held in person and live streamed via ZOOM.

9:30 AM - 10:30 AM    Power to the Core 2025 - Power to the Core - Fall 2025
Every Wednesday, join us for an hour filled with HIIT (high intensity interval training) exercises designed to target core muscles while burning calories and building muscle tone. Class will also feature floor work, upper body strengthening and toning, and abdominal work as well! This class is for women only.Equipment needed: light hand weights, towel, mat and water bottle.   
 
4:00 PM - 5:30 PM    Sports Sampler* - Sports Sampler*
Participants will play a variety of indoor sports including soccer, kickball, floor hockey and more!  A different sport will be featured each week.

9:00 AM - 10:00 AM    Chair Stretch, Flex & Strengthen 2025 - Chair Stretch, Flex & Strengthen - Fall 2025
For residents only! This class focuses on bringing mobility to the joints and strength to the muscles.  We remain seated for the class so it is a great choice for those with movement and balance restrictions.  By incorporating Pilates and a resistance band, participants are able to access their core strength to improve coordination, flexibility and tone.
 
10:15 AM - 11:15 AM    Zumba Gold 2025 - Zumba Gold - Fall 2025
For residents only! Zumba Gold is the level of Zumba that is for true beginners, active older adults, or anyone that would like to check out Zumba but feels that for whatever reason they would like to ease into it.  The easy routines alternate fast and slow rhythms, which in addition to providing a good cardio workout, tone the muscles, sharpen the mind - and put a smile on your face!

Through her Basic Pilates class, Kelly introduces students to Buff Bones®, a medically-endorsed system of movement for bone and joint health, which leverages bone-strengthening and balance techniques along with Pilates, functional movement, strength training and therapeutic exercise. Toning your arms, hips, back and abs, the program strives to improve posture is safe for those with osteoporosis.
